VISION: The Pulse exists to meet people where they are in life and help them move one step closer to Jesus Christ every gathering. To lead people into a heartfelt worship of Jesus Christ, by providing a passionate place of worship of and for Jesus Christ.

[Knowing that the last thing Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati needs is simply another place where single adults can meet or just another Bible study, we've worked to make The Pulse different. The vision is to create a place were the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati's single adult population arrives worshipping, leaves worshipping, and in between corporately praises God, connects with God through prayer, and examines God' s Word. We believe that simply filling a room with people means nothing if lives are not changed. The Pulse exists to be an avenue for attendees to experience God in personal ways, intently (but naturally) consider their lives, and be encouraged as they choose their steps through life.]

OBJECTIVES:
1. To increase the glory of the Living God in the everyday lives of this generation.
2. To lead this generation into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
3. To provide this generation with the understanding that the Christian life is not to be lived alone.
4. To link this generation with a church home where they can live out the Christian life.
5. To empower this generation with a desire to invest their lives into the genuine movement of God.

TARGET DEMOGRAPHICS: College Students, Young Single Adults (20s & early 30s), and Emerging Leaders of Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati region.

DESIGN: The Pulse is designed to be an environment for the young adults of Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati to connect or reconnect with God and with God's people of this generation.

ENVIRONMENT: The environment of the Pulse is created to be an atmosphere that connects people to spiritual truth. The Pulse is not a church, in and of itself; it operates under the ministry umbrella of Calvary Baptist Church in Covington, KY. By design, The Pulse is a city-wide environment that is "open to the public" allowing those with or without church involvement to attend without pressure or guilt and without strong language linking it to a particular church.

TEACHING: The teaching is Christ-centered and Biblical. Our prayer is that every young adult understands that God is for them and they are for God.

LOCATION: The Pulse is specifically placed off of the I-275 loop, giving easy access to all of Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati target group. We will meet at a time and day of the week that gives the most opportunity for people from all walks of life, church involvement or careers attend and develop a sense of city-wide community.

WORSHIP: Worship Defined: A lifestyle of ever-increasing attention and praise to God. The Pulse is a place for this generation to come together express their relationship with God through worship. There is something powerful, life-changing and even magnetic about the people of God coming together to worship in Spirit and Truth. The Pulse offers the potency of this dynamic demographic of people worshipping together to create life-changing momentum for God's movement in the lives of this generation throughout our region. We encourage interactive singing as the primary form of worship but are never limited to that singular expression.
